TranscriptPlus provides free online tools that convert video or audio into text and text into subtitle files. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted at any time.

• Only upload or process content you own or have permission to use.
• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, harassing or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, automate abuse, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to create transcripts for the purpose of defamation or fraud.

3. Copyright

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload copyrighted audio or video unless you have the right to transcribe it. We may remove access or refuse service in response to a valid complaint.

4. Free limits

Free use is subject to daily limits, file size limits and fair-use rules. Limits may change without notice to protect the service.

5. No warranty

Transcripts are generated by automated speech recognition and may contain errors. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Review transcripts before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranscriptPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for hosting and speech recognition. Their availability and terms may affect the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
